30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Type1.Tech product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition. Because our products are designed to hold medical supplies, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use, contamination, damage, or modification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
